Hello There!
If you missed the announcement, ONE-SHOT, my newest comic, is coming to Kickstarter in late August. Eight criminals bound for the gallows make a deal with a demon to save their necks. But with the suicide mission he’s sending them on, they soon discover they would’ve been safer on death row.
Each week leading up to the launch, I’ll be introducing you to a different member of the team, and in honor of one of the inspirations behind this story, I’m doing it in true Dungeons & Dragons fashion.
More about the title: Comic fans will know that the term one-shot refers to a standalone story told within a single comic issue. If you’re unfamiliar with tabletop role-playing games like D&D, you might not be aware that the term can also refer to an adventure completed in a single session. Both of these meanings apply to ONE-SHOT, and because of that, I can tell you the stakes are high for our characters, and mean it.
I guess what I’m saying is, enjoy their company while you can.
