Hey Everyone!
We're entering our second weekend on Kickstarter and getting closer to reaching the halfway point on the timeline. We now have a little under 19 days left in the campaign. First, the good news. We now have over 100 backers and have met just over 40% of our goal! That's fantastic and very much appreciated! That means that the first prize pack will be raffled off and the winning backer will be notified shortly. More importantly, thanks to the early backers who showed their support at this stage of the campaign, we have a fighting chance of getting this funded.
That's the good news. Now for the opportunities ahead. We still have 60% of our goal to reach, nearly $4,000. Most Kickstarter metrics would indicate that while doable, it's going to be an uphill battle.
So we've got a few new tools in our arsenal. I'm happy to announce that we have a couple of changes to our rewards on offer.
1. The "Be Drawn Into ONE-SHOT" reward tier has now been discounted from $150 to $100. If you've ever wanted to appear in a high-fantasy comic book, here's your opportunity! This reward also makes a great gift.
2. We're offering a new tier titled "Mapa & Marques Character Commission". Between the two of them, the incredible art team behind ONE-SHOT has worked on series such as Chilling Adventures, Power Rangers, Star Wars, and Batman. For the campaign, Butch and Fabi are offering a small number of commission openings to our backers. Do you have a D&D character or digital avatar that you want to be realized in ONE-SHOT's art style? Backers at this tier will get a hi-res digital file of their commission (must be safe for work) and a high-quality print.
Additionally, we'll be offering our next raffle soon, combining previous works from some of the creative team so be on the lookout!
We've got a long road ahead, so please believe me when I say that I am truly thankful to have your support. ONE-SHOT is a beautiful, chaotic book that deserves to be made. Thank you for joining us on this journey.

Tales From Town's City #1 - Golden Age Superhero Dark Comedy
Tales From Town's City is set in the 1940s in a satirically over-the-top and campy world of superheroes. This series is a spin-off from the well acclaimed The Gallows Man miniseries. It follows the day to day ventures of some of the minor characters that were introduced in The Gallows Man. Tales From Town's City is self-contained though. If you have never read any of The Gallows Man before, you will still thoroughly enjoy each story within Tales From Town's City. And if you have read The Gallows Man before, you'll thoroughly enjoy seeing these characters and what they are up to in between the pages of The Gallows Man.
